Puamana is 30 acres of lush tropical gardens, open spaces, and beachfront. Puamana has 3 pools to enjoy during your stay, the unique Ocean Front Pool, Dolphin Pool, and the Mountain Pool.

The space
It is a 15-minute walk, a 5-minute drive or $10 Cab Ride into a Central Lahaina an action-packed oceanfront town with a harbor, restaurants, bars, and attractions This 1248 square foot Townhome with 220 sq. ft. of front and back lanai has recently been completely updated and has added on an additional room to the rear of the unit which is used for living space during the day and convertible to a third bedroom at night along with three full bathrooms two upstairs and one downstairs Beach Access is a short walk from the front door.

There are two private master suites upstairs one with ocean views the other with a mountain views. Both Suites now have king size beds with ample pillows and Luxury sheets and bedding. Coming in July 2019 there is New King Size Murphy / Wall Bed for the downstairs convertible Bedroom w/ Hybrid Mattress! This is not a one bedroom with a bump your head on ceiling loft that you sleep with 4 other people. The townhouse is also equipped with a central air conditioning system to keep you cool.

This vacation paradise features a partial ocean view from the front lanai, kitchen and 2nd floor bedroom. The front lanai is perfect place to relax and enjoy the sounds and view of the ocean.

Upgrades / Updates to the Property
January 2019 new vanity mirrors installed in all bathrooms along with upgraded shower heads.
August 2018: Master Bathroom on Mountain Side has a remodeled master bathroom with double the space and a huge shower with two shower heads one regular and one directly overhead.

The downstairs theatre area features a 60” Samsung 1080P 720CMR TV with HD Cable Receiver. There is a Yamaha Stereo receiver with Bose 301 speakers so you can play your favorite music from your Apple or Music device. There is also an HP LaserJet Printer.

There are 6 Tommy Deluxe Bahama Relax Beach Chairs included to make you beach excursions comfortable along with a 7ft Tommy Bahama Beach Umbrella along with a Beach Coolers.

Puamana Amenities
The Puamana Resort has 3 Pools to relax and catch some rays. The stunning Ocean Pool is located on the edge of the ocean where you can relax and sunbathe while the ocean breeze and waves splash, and the mist will keep you cool. You also may utilize the Puamana Clubhouse Oceanfront Patio to enjoy the View and relax and have a cocktail. There is a community tennis court for use along with a badminton court.

There is also gym with brand new cardio equipment which requires a usage fee $10 a day or $25 a week.

Beach Access
Puamana Beach Park is located at the South End of the Puamana Property (about a 5-minute walk) it offers Beach area and Beach Park Amenities. There is popular Surf spot the locals call “Puamana Pool” at the center of Puamana. Launiupoko Beach is 5-minute drive south of Puamana

This rental has 3 king beds and 220 square of front and back lanai’s along with 1246 Square feet of indoor living. Comes with one free Carport parking space and you have access to the 3 pools, the clubhouse oceanfront Patio, a tennis court, a badminton court and a oceanfront pay for use gym.
